By paying the Initial Setup Fee and activating your monthly subscription via Stripe, you ("The Client")
agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Service
The Service Provider agrees to provide equestrian web design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. This
includes:
Premium Cloud Hosting: Managed high-speed hosting on Azure with automatic SSL security.
Domain Management: Registration and renewal of one standard .com, .net, or .org domain.
Visitor Tools: Implementation of a secure visitor contact form.
Monthly Updates: Up to two (2) hours of content updates
per calendar month (e.g., horse listings, pictures, price changes, or text edits). This specifically
excludes structural redesigns or new functional development.
2. Payment & Fees
Setup Fee: A non-refundable £250 initial setup fee is due upon
activation. This covers domain purchase, DNS configuration, and initial build.
Monthly Fee: A £75 per month subscription fee is billed in advance.
Automatic Billing: Payments are processed automatically via Stripe. Failure to settle
payment within 7 days of the due date may result in temporary website suspension.
3. Minimum Commitment
To support the subsidized setup and build costs, this service is subject to a minimum
term of six (6) months.
If you choose to cancel before the 6th month, the remaining balance for the minimum term will be due.
After 6 months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
4. Support & Communication
Access: Clients receive a direct contact number for WhatsApp/Phone support.
Hours: Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Fair Use: The 2-hour update limit does not roll over. Requests exceeding 2 hours will
be
quoted separately at our standard hourly rate.
5. Ownership & Off-boarding
Upon completion of the 6-month minimum term, the Client owns the website design and content. Should the
Client wish to move to another provider after the minimum term:
The Provider will transfer the domain name to the Client's registrar of choice.
The Provider will provide a zip file of site files and assets.
A flat migration assistance fee of £150 applies if technical hands-on help is required
for the
transfer.
